Study Group “Musical Diagrams”

The aims of the study group are: to foster the exchange of music theoretical diagrams and ideas about diagrammatical reasoning; to explore music theoretical iconography in this interdisciplinary field; to bridge the gap between historical and systematic musicology; to contribute to new ways of teaching music theory.
